Commission Management & Automatic Payouts
The most operationally complex part of running a marketplace is managing money — collecting from customers, deducting your commission and paying out sellers correctly. We build automated commission management: configurable commission rates per category or seller tier, automatic calculation on every order, settlement cycle configuration (daily/weekly/monthly) and automatic UPI or NEFT payouts to seller bank accounts on settlement day. The system also handles returns and refunds correctly — if a customer returns a product, the commission is reversed in the seller's ledger and the refund is processed from the marketplace escrow. TDS deduction for sellers crossing the ₹30,000 threshold is calculated and documented automatically.

Mobile App + Web — Reach Buyers Everywhere
Most Indian marketplace shoppers buy on mobile — which means your marketplace needs a fast mobile website and, for high-frequency buyers, a native app. We build the marketplace web platform first (React or PHP, depending on scale) and then develop companion Android and iOS apps that share the same API backend. The seller app allows sellers to manage listings, view orders and upload product photos from their phones. The buyer app provides push notifications for order updates, a wishlist, reorder shortcuts and UPI-first checkout.
